Our horse prints are printed to order and are not eligible for return or exchange. However, your satisfaction is our priority. We guarantee the quality of each and every print order. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your print please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.Please note: The brightness and resolution of every computer, tablet and phone screen is different so there may be some slight color variation between your screen and your print. As we are unable to control these variables, returns will not be accepted on the basis of color variation.
If any of our horse prints are damaged during shipping, your print will be reprinted and shipped to you free of charge. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. within 5 days of receipt of your order.
